01 / THE PRACTICE
A plan for the time you have. Clear notation for the notes ahead. A steady click to bring it together.
Choose your experience and a playing budget of up to 3, 5, or 10 minutes. Count-ins and rests are extra.
Set the tempo, count-in, click volume, and subdivision inside your exercise.
Rate a rep Clean or Messy. Both help you decide how to approach the next one.

02 / THE PROGRAM
Nine focused exercises. Three stages. A progression built around the work you actually put in.
Start with a steady attack and relaxed movement. Get comfortable landing each note with the click.
Carry the same steady pulse across strings, palm-muted attacks, and short bursts of faster notes.
Bring coordination and picking control into longer patterns, string skips, and position changes. Keep the motion small and the timing consistent.
Each exercise milestone takes two complete runs with every rep rated Clean at its reference tempo or higher. Start slower whenever you need to; your saved tempo still progresses. Stage changes take effect on your next practice day.
03 / YOUR TOOLS
Everything you need for a focused session, without a feed competing for your attention.

From 20 to 400 BPM, with a full-bar count-in when you want it. Tempo stays steady during a rep.
